How Max Out Me Coaching Works:

Embark on a transformative journey with Max out me a trusted human experaince online fitness and nutrition coaching program, where we take care of the day-to-day details so you can focus on becoming your best self.

01. Ask yourself: "Am I ready to commit to personal coaching for at least 3 months?" Our most successful clients join us, outsourcing their fitness and nutrition worries, eager to follow a customized plan that delivers results. If that resonates with you, consider working with us. While the minimum commitment is 3 months, most clients find lasting success staying with us for a year or more.

02. Apply for a spot. Due to our commitment to personalized attention, we accept a limited number of clients. Clink apply for coaching. After answering a few questions, you'll receive a comprehensive application. Be detailed—we both need to ensure we're a perfect fit.

03. Await our response. Given the high volume of applications, we'll get back to you within a few business days, as we carefully assess each application.

04. Connect with your Max Out Me Coach. Upon acceptance, your coach will reach out to begin the coaching process. Through a thorough lifestyle, experiance survey, you'll share details about your life. With this information, your coach will craft a personalized fitness and nutrition plan, tailored to your body, schedule, and preferences.

Meet Our Coach

Headshot of Max Out Me Coach Emily BlackburnMeet Emily Blackburn – a seasoned veteran in the world of fitness and wellness. Emily's journey is as diverse as the disciplines she's embraced over the years.

Emily's first gig was in the mountains of Washington state, where she taught skiing and snowboarding to people of all ages and all levels of experience.

From the snowy peaks, Emily ventured to the streets of D.C. There, she immersed herself in the world of martial arts and worked as the Assistant General Manager of an LA Boxing gym. At LA Boxing, she absorbed the intricacies of gym management and became proficient at coaching both cardio and HIIT classes.

Intrigued by the dynamic interplay between fitness and nutrition, Emily joined a holistic doctor / chiropractor clinic. Under their tutelage, she detoured into alternative medicine and nutrition. This is where her love for helping people flourished and where she gained a deep understanding about how and why the body works.

Two years later, Emily found herself in Detroit. There, she developed a passion for CrossFit. Training, competing, and soaking in the vibrant fitness culture became her daily norm.

Finally, fate led Emily to Tennessee. In the Volunteer State, Emily partnered with a fellow fitness enthusiast to run a CrossFit gym. This venture not only deepened her understanding of small business management, but also deepened her love for the beating heart of the gym and fitness culture.

Amidst the whirlwind of running a gym, Emily embraced motherhood. She is a proud mother to two kids, a boy and a girl. With changing priorities, Emily and her partner sold the CrossFit gym. A back injury and pregnancy weight gain led Emily to bodybuilding, adding yet another fitness discipline to her repertoire. Emily presently holds the title of a Certified Nutrition Coach (CNC) through NASM.

Now, Emily is on a mission to share her expertise and guide others through the dynamic and saturated world of fitness and nutrition.
